Mr. Nelson Chung is one of the partners of Hon & Co., a company with 75 years of experience as solicitors and notaries. He joined Hon & Co. in 2011, after working as an associate with T. S. Tong & Co. His major areas of practice include civil litigation, personal injury/ employees’ compensation, professional negligence, matrimonial matters and banking litigation. He also resides as a member of the Licensing Appeal Board in the Hong Kong Government.
In 2008, outside of his law office work, Mr. Chung was appointed as a Civil Celebrant of Marriages and two years later accredited as a mediator. Prior to his time as a civil celebrant and mediator, he worked for over three years as In-House Legal Counsel at the Hospital Authority. Mr. Chung is also the legal advisor to several professional and charitable organizations in Hong Kong. Mr. Chung received his legal education at the University of Hong Kong and has been a solicitor in Hong Kong since the year 2000.
